We are proud to present Quidditch Australia’s State Shield weekend, featuring representative level teams from major Australian states.
The State Shield is Quidditch Australia’s premiere tournament. Each year, the best players around the country gather to play for their state and for glory. Last year, the Victorian Leadbeaters emerged victorious in Brisbane, seeing off the NSW Bluetongues and the Queensland Thunderbirds.
The event will feature four state teams competing as NSW adds a second team to the mix. An intense two day tournament will culminate in some intense finals to decide the 2018 Quidditch Australia State Shield Champion.
Tickets will be available to the public, prices to be confirmed closer to the date. The venue will have on-site food and nearby parking, making for a perfect weekend outing. All games will be live streamed via Quidditch Australia.
