Come and Try – Kidditch Session

Day 2 of State Shield (Sunday 6th October) will feature a Kidditch session!

Kidditch, or Youth Quidditch, is our friendly non-contact version of the sport for kids and new players that is easy for anyone to have a go at!

We will be running a session for all ages (don’t worry, if we have a mix of young children and adults we will separate!) from 12:45 to 1:30 pm. If your child loves Harry Potter, loves playing sport, loves trying new things, and/or has always dreamed of playing quidditch, this is their chance!

During the session, our experienced instructors will be showing you the ropes of how to play different aspects of the sport before diving straight into a fun game.

All participants must fill out the waiver at the bottom of the page, and if you are underaged and wish to take part, it must be signed by a parent or guardian. You can print this out at home and bring it on the day, or we will have forms that can be filled out at the venue as well.

There is no need to register in advance, tickets will be available on the day at the venue ($5 for Adults, $2 for Children under the age of 16).

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to get in contact at [email protected], and if you’d like to find out more ways to get involved with quidditch, simply email [email protected] and we’ll be able to sort you out!

Get excited, and see you there!
